A LIMITED number of KTOA owned one bedroom units are sometimes available for use at a market rate established by the KTOA management team or agent. These additional KTOA-owned weeks must be assigned on the reservation calendar at the time of purchase. Owners may not use their allotment of weeks to reserve weeks set aside in the reserved blocks of KTOA-owned rental weeks. No cancellations or date changes. Owners wishing to place an advertisement in this section – Please send an ad to KTOA.maui@gmail.com. Advertisement will normally appear in the next publication and will run only ONCE unless arrangements are made for subsequent publication.
Ownership changes – a copy of the first page of the deed registered in HAWAII (deed must include the unit and week number) must be provided to KTOA Management.
